Vote for Me

Civita

Hey everyone – isn't that a lovely picture? It was taken in 2006 when my husband and I took our belated honeymoon trip to Italy (9-11 canceled our first honeymoon and we took a while to re-plan the trip). Civita is a  little hilltop town accessed by the footbridge you see in the picture and we took a day trip there while we were in Orvieto. It was a great day and admittedly we went there because of the Rick Steves guidebook – but it was really cool to see something that old and that remote – and the lunch we had was outstanding. I still think about that meal many years later.

This has nothing to do with family or child photography. However, I am asking your for your help. I have entered this photo into a contest and awards are based on both a panel and popular vote… so I need your help.

Please go to this site  (do it in safari if you are running a mac or the slideshow won't show up) Take in all of the great travel photography. When you are done with that and vote for photo number 71  I would really appreciate it.
